Baby 5 bulan berak kerap

Biasalah tu 5 bulan, lagi-lagi kalau breastfed, a few of my mum friends pun experience yang sama, memang boleh sampai 6-7 kali sehari especially kalau baby still exclusively on milk. Lagipun, kalau baby alert, gaining weight okay, and the poo is normal consistency (yellowish, seedy macam mustard), nothing to worry about! The main thing to watch is if ada signs of discomfort, fever, or kalau the poo jadi weird, like terlalu cair, berbau busuk sangat, or ada darah, then boleh check with the doctor, tapi otherwise it's probably just normal breastfed baby poo routine lah. Jangan keluar akal, you're doing fine!
