Brown spotting boleh jadi normal or bisa jadi sign of something yang needs checking, depending on timing and context, kalau you're pregnant, postpartum, or just noticed it suddenly, best to touch base with your doctor to be safe. A few of my mum friends went through this and their gynae explained it was old blood or hormonal, tapi setiap orang lain so better get it confirmed lah, especially if accompanied by cramps or smell yang unusual. Don't worry too much first, tapi jangan delay appointment, better peace of mind!
