Underarm lump

Hi, is it normal for breastfeeding mums to have a painful lump at the armpit area 3 days postpartum? What can I do about it or will it subside over time if I keep latching baby?

Yes normal. Just keep latching baby and massage. I forgot the term but my massage lady mentioned it’s like “blocked ducts/milk”.
