normal ba ung panlalambot bigla ng katawan bago manganak mommies? 39weeks na ako no signs of labor pa rin white discharge lang din meron. worried na ako 😔 diko first time mom, pero naninibago ako ulit Rainbow baby ko kasi to kaya sobrang natatakot ako anyways CS po ako sa first born ko.. Pero sabi ng OB ko sa Public, pwede ako mag normal basta di gaano kalaki si baby.

Hey mama, ang panlalambot ng katawan before labor is actually normal, it's your body preparing, kaya don't worry too much about that! Since you're already 39 weeks and your OB said you can try normal delivery if baby's not too big, mas maganda na i-follow up lang with them about the softening (and maybe ask about induction timing din if wala pang signs), kasi they know your full history especially with the CS first time around, pero honestly, the white discharge and body changes you're experiencing are usually just your body getting ready, so breathe lang muna. Understandable na kabahan mo lalo with your rainbow baby, pero you've got this, at nandyan ang OB mo to monitor, keep communicating with them kung may sudden changes or concerns okay?
