Mama, I'd really encourage you to mention this to your pediatrician or midwife soon, hindi kailangan mag-alala, pero mas better na i-check ng professional kung normal lang o may adjustment needed sa feeding. That said, it's pretty common kapag maraming milk or mabilis ang flow, some babies do struggle to keep up! A few things worth observing: Does baby seem to be swallowing okay, or is milk coming out ng nose? Is baby gaining weight and having enough wet diapers? Sometimes it helps kung mas relax mo ang position or let baby control the pace a bit more, pero honestly, your doctor or lactation consultant can give you the best tips based sa actual observation. How long has this been happening, and is baby seeming stressed during feeds, or parang okay lang siya after a few seconds?
