2nd menstruation after giving birth

Oo, totally normal yan, lalo na kung breastfeeding ka pa! A few of us moms experienced the same thing, ang hormones pa lang ay settling down talaga after birth, at ang breastfeeding ay nakakaapekto din sa cycle. Since regular ka naman before pregnancy, most likely babalik lang yan to normal within a couple more months, pero if you're worried or it takes super long, worth checking with your OB lang to be sure, especially since you're still in that postpartum period.
