Fever after vaccination

Is it normal for 1 year old baby to have fever after her 1 year vaccination? When should I get worry? We went to nearest clinic and she took some medicines but her fever never get down.

Yes its normal , do sponge your baby for 30mins . Every 6 hourly . And lots of fluids too , be it water juice or milk .
