Haha, I think you might have mixed up the terms slightly, the numerator (bukan nominator) is the top number showing how many parts you have, and the denominator is the bottom number showing how many parts the whole is divided into. The pizza story is such a good way to teach it, lah, my kids totally get it when I use pizza slices instead of abstract numbers! One of my mum friends uses that Covoji link all the time, and her 7-year-old finally understood fractions lepas tengok the visual. Macam, if you have 2 slices out of 8, that's 2/8, simple, right?
