Aiyoyo, cramping in early pregnancy boleh happen, but if it's very painful like that, better you see your doctor or go to the clinic asap to check, okay? They need to make sure baby is doing fine. Don't worry too much lah, cramping doesn't always mean something wrong, a few of us mums had it too, but kena confirm with a proper checkup, especially since you're still early.
