Eh, normal lah tu! A few of us C-section mums went through the same thing, heavy bleeding for the first 1-2 weeks, then it tapers to spotting and mucus discharge for quite a bit longer, sometimes a few weeks more. Every body is different lah, some people's nifas clears faster, some slower, but the spotting and mucus bit after the heavy phase is pretty standard. Just make sure you're changing pads regularly and keeping everything clean, but if you're worried about how much you're bleeding or if it suddenly gets heavy again, best to check with your doctor or midwife la, just to be safe.
