36w 3d baby kurang gerak

Just nk share . Malam ni first time sis ke pac hospital sultan abdul halim. sbb bby kurang gerak dri ptg. Sis kuat tido tp dlm tido tu tetap rasa gerakan bby tp hri ni kurang rasa, gerakan tu slow sgt . Cuak laa 😅 so decide nk ke pac Tp bila smpai sis agak blur bila di tnya soalan 😅😂 takut mungkin. Dah bt ctg , scan, helok pulak baby aktif alahai anak😂 alhamdulillah syukur. Di sebabkn ini anak first, sis agak clueless tp syukur misi yg handle bhgian labour room tu layan elok je, cakap terangkan satu² lembut je,dokter yg btugas pun elok je layan. Siap pesan klau lpasni rasa bby kurang gerak, mai ja pac . Yey lega rasa dgar mcmtu. Ingatkan garang² misi² hospital ni 😅😂 tu jelah. Selagi xberanak ni mcm² fikir .

Alhamdulillah dapat tenang! 36 weeks is still considered normal untuk baby movements to vary, especially if you're tired or baby ada quiet periods, so good call going to get checked out, at least you know baby is doing fine now. A few of my mum friends went through the same worry at this stage, and honestly the anxiety is normal lah, especially first time; but good thing the staff at PAC were supportive and took you seriously instead of making you feel silly. From now on trust your instincts ja, kalau kurang gerak rasa strange, don't hesitate to go back; the doctors literally told you to come anytime. The final weeks mmg banyak overthinking happens, but you're doing great!
