Primerose Oil

Aw naman, I feel you, 37 weeks plus na, excited ka na talaga! Beyond primrose oil, I've heard good things din about things like walking, staying active, and relaxation, pero honestly, ang safest approach pa rin is to chat with your OB or midwife about what's best for your situation since you're already close na.
