Nipple sore
My nipple is currently sore and dry how many times do have to apply cream and do I have to wear a bra?

Hello Siti Ain definitely you are not alone I faced it and so are most of the mothers. Pls wear maternity bra with pad. Also you can use lanolin cream after pumping or feeding they are safe for babies so it should not be a problem. You can apply coconut oil few minutes before bath. I used Medela nipple cream and Earthmama nipple balm
