Spotting at Walang sac sa ultra sound

yes po, i was like that before sa first pregnancy ko. When i found out i was pregnant, my spotting ako but never ako Ng heavy bleeding all throughout the period. Dec 10 was the first day of my last period, Jan 14 ngpositive PT ko pero my spotting konti as in small spot. Jan 17 i went to the clinic dahil my spotting na namn so the doctor requested TVS (wala pa akong ob that time). Jan 18 I had the scan then pinakita ko agad sa doctor. They suspected it as ectopic dahil wala nakita di na ako pinauwi nirefer agad ako sa hospital for emergency but then pagdating ko sa hospital they did all sorts of tests and they thoroughly did the scan like almost 2hrs (abdomen and tvs) but wala talaga makita kahit mataas na masyado HCG level ko. So the final diagnosis ng doctor ay pregnancy of unknown location pinauwi ako the next morning, then i waited 2 more weeks. i went to the high risk ob, may nakita na sa tvs (5 weeks gestation dw) she gave it a chance atleast another week then did a scan again but walang growth walang yolk sac. It was finally declared pregnancy failure based sa scan ng feb 2. but the whole process, i never had heavy bleeding, only spotting dark red, brown, sometimes my coffee grounds. Now, I am pregnant again ( praise God). 7 weeks already today, I had spotting at first (light brown and light pink) but during scan last August 14 my nakita agad (6 weeks gestation) and my heart beat na but weak pa dw.. I'm on a complete bedrest and medication wala na ring spotting. Balik kami sa ob this coming August 24.. praying ma survive namin to By God's grace. Praying for you too sana maging okay pregnancy mo.

last August 8 ako ngpa ultrasound after ko magpa blood serum test with positive results nung august 7. supposedly aug 15 or 16 pa ako magpa Utz pero agad2 ako Kasi paalis na husband ko, sa sobrang excited ko,wala pang makita. sbi Ng sonologist ko, toot early pa daw, if LMP ang base 5weeks n q that time pro wlang nakita so sbi Ng Sono, most likely Nd pa xa 5weeks. Kaya pinapabalik ako Ng august 22 Ng Ob ko for rescan. parang agony Yung paghihintay Ng 2weeks so hopefully bukas (aug. 22) magpakita na si baby. June 30 last period ko. and if magbebase ako sa ovulation period ko, if doon nabuo si baby, my chance na ngayung week eh 5-6 weeks plng sya. chineck din Ng sonologist Yung fallopian tubes ko last time and wla din xang nakita so Nd nmn ectopic and most likely too early pa daw talaga. hopefully talaga my improvements. mommies sa pregnancy, patience talaga ang kailangan. and plus talaga if magandang sonologist ang mapuntahan natin.

ectopic pregnancy po nangyari saakin nung 2018 pregnancy ko po, same with you sis walang makita sa ultrasound. hinayaan ko lang kasi wala naman sumasakit saakin di na ako bumalik sa ob. Hanggang nagkaroon na ko ng super dark brown na discharge at sobrang sakit ng puson ko, ayun pala pumutok na pala yung ectopic pregnancy sa fallopian tube ko 🥺 and sad to say kinailangan tanggalin yung left fallopian tube ko. Kaya kung ectopic man po yan, hanap po kayo ng OB na makkapag bigay ng gamot para maagapan po at di na po mauwi sa operation ❤️

Ako nag spotting din pero nawala din naman, sabi sakin ng unang ob na pinuntahan ko August 16 ako babalik with transv result. Pero dahil nag spotting ako bumalik ako sa dating ob ko.. Pinag pahinga lang ako at walang pampakapit na binigay. Sa August 31 ako pinababalik for transv is 16 ay too early pa din. 4 Days ago ako nag spotting ulit ako pero nawala din. Parang ang paglabas ni baby ay depende ata sa last menstruation mo. Mag hintay kapa. Baka 7 or 8 weeks lalabas na siya completely.
