My newborn baby age 2 months keeps spitting milk every feeding. Does anyone experience it?

yes I do experience it but not all the time.It could be overfeeding or acid reflux.My baby is now 3 months.

both. although at first i was an exclusive breastfeeding.. yet he still keeps spitting milk.
