do we need to always go through polyclinics for hospital referrance or are we able to just book an appt thru hospital straight?

For subsidized just go thru polyclinic or any private clinic for referral. Once u registered at the hospital, they will register you as subsidized and thereafter hospital appointments will be under subsidized.
