3.months pregnant po ako, nasagid ko Yung tiyan sa bandang puson sa chair... Do I have to worry

Aw, mama, I know that's scary! Pero please don't worry too much, minor bumps like that during pregnancy happen to a lot of us (a few of my mum friends had similar moments, at 3 months pa lang nila). Best thing is to call your OB right away or go to your clinic so they can check you and give you peace of mind, that's what I always do pag may something off, kasi kahit minor lang, mas better safe than sorry tayo with baby. Praying everything's okay with your little one!
