Hi my name is Lavina I was working previously as an hr executive ... Now I want work from home... For offline jobs. Any suggestions ....

hi lavina, i think since you were already working as an HR executive earlier, you can also join with various companies on a freelance basis and work from home to do their headhunting. in fact, many companies often source out their HR head hunting profiles to people who work from home. additionally, you can start your own HR firm and provide employees to various companies.

Hi Lavina You can try looking for jobs in companies that can hire you as freelance consultant. You can also start your recruiting work from home. If you are good at writing you can start working as a freelance contributor for some magazine or online portals.
