PACIFIER GOOD OR BAD

Ay, nag-worry din ako dito with my first! Honestly, maraming moms sa circle ko ang gumagamit ng pacifier especially para sa bottle-fed babies, at okay naman, ang key lang talaga ay hindi siya permanent fixture sa mouth, kailangan pa rin nila mag-learn mag-soothe ng sarili nila eventually. Since you're using it to help with portion control, that's actually thoughtful ng iyo, but I'd suggest checking with your pedia kung okay lang ba yung amount ng feeding mo currently, para sure lang na hindi talaga overfeeding, sometimes the pacifier can mask kung anong actually kailangan ng baby (thirst, discomfort, etc.) rather than just hunger. A few of us realized na balancing pacifier use with other soothing methods (like rocking or white noise) helped more, kaya maybe try na rin yun? Good luck, mama!
