Honestly, a few of us tried evening primrose oil around that time and walang problema sa baby's activity namin, kung anything, some of my friends said parang mas active pa ang babies nila, pero that could be coincidence lang haha. As for headaches, hindi naman common side effect, pero if you're experiencing one, it might be from dehydration or something else, definitely check with your OB about this para sure, especially since you're already near term na.
