Hai mama, don't worry lah, for mix-fed babies the poop consistency can be quite different from exclusively breastfed ones, sometimes softer and less frequent is okay, but since it's been almost a week I think it's better to check with your pediatrician just to be safe and set your mind at ease, especially as a first-time mum it's good to confirm everything is normal with baby's digestion.
