Pergerakan baby, 32 minggu

Ah, completely normal la! At 32 weeks, babies do have their patterns, some days very active dengan tendangan kuat2, ada hari pula macam slow-motion je, berputar-putar dalam perut. It's like they have their own moods and sleep cycles juga. The thing is, gerakan ni is actually bayi's way of showing you he's growing well and his nervous system is developing nicely, the kicks, the rolls, semua tu good signs. What matters most is that you notice the pattern, kalau biasanya dia active kat malam time tapi suddenly jadi quiet, or the movements drastically reduced from his normal, that's when you should flag it to your doctor straightaway. Jangan worry lah, at 32 weeks the movements are supposed to vary day to day. Just keep track mentally of "okay, dia bergerak, good" and if anything feels significantly off from his usual routine, check with your OB just to be sure. Better safe than sorry kan!
