Mucus plug

Eh, susah nak describe tanpa tengok sendiri kan! Mucus plug biasanya gelatinous, boleh clear, whitish, or even pinkish/brownish, macam jelly texture lah, sometimes ada sikit darah. Kalau you're seeing discharge like that menjelang akhir pregnancy, especially yang lebih thick and stringy dari usual, likely ye yang mucus plug, tapi best you show your doctor or midwife to confirm sebab setiap orang lain-lain. A few of my mum friends thought they lost theirs then sakit tak datang seminggu, so don't panic kalau you see it, just let your healthcare provider know okay!
