Pano po malalaman if constipated?
Nagstar na po may formula si baby. Similac po ang gamit namin. Mixed feeding po sya and since then every other day na magpoop si baby. Constipated na po ba yun? Need ba namin magpalit ng formula?
Hindi agad constipated yan, mommy, maraming babies on formula ay every other day talaga ang poop, lalo na kung mixed feeding kayo kasi mas matagal i-digest ang formula! Pero kung nakikita ninyo na hard ang stool, painful siya mag-push, or bloated siya / may gas discomfort, that's when we worry. A few of us tried iba-ibang formulas din kasi ang bawat baby different ang tyan, pero honestly best din mag-consult with your pedia kung concerned kayo para ma-confirm lang at baka kailangan ng adjustment. In the meantime try mag-tummy massage or movements na pwede tumulong, and make sure sya hydrated!
