Ay, I know that feeling, nakaka-anxious talaga pag may something off sa BPS, even if the NST came back reactive! But honestly, fetal breathing movements can be tricky to spot on ultrasound, and there are so many reasons why, baby's sleeping, position, timing, or just the machine angle, na walang big deal. Since your OB did the NST right away at reactive naman, that's a really good sign! Still, I'd ask your doctor directly why the breathing score was low and if you need another check soon, they know your full picture best, and peace of mind is worth it.
