Uy mama, Grade 2 placenta at 27 weeks is actually normal and nothing to worry about, placental grading changes as pregnancy progresses, so it doesn't mean anything is wrong with your baby! I know it's easy to overthink (guilty ako dito lagi haha), pero yun talaga ang natural aging ng placenta, at maraming moms sa amin experience yan at lahat ng babies namin okay naman.
