NORMAL PO BA TO

Ay nako, totally normal yan mama! A few of us EBF moms on Daphne have the same experience, ang breastfeeding talaga mismo ay nagde-delay ng period, and if you add the pills pa, mas nagiging irregular ito para sa iba. Some moms didn't see their cycle for months even with regular intake ng pills, kaya walang problema kung consistent ka sa pag-inom. I know it's stressful not knowing kung kailan babalik, but honestly maraming moms namin dito na ganyan rin at nagregular na eventually, it just takes time, especially while EBF pa. That said, worth checking in with your OB din just to put your mind at ease, lalo na kung medyo matagal na talaga ang delay!
