Eh mama, itu kemungkinan besar Braxton Hicks je lagi la especially since first baby kan susah nak recognize! Kalau sengugut-sengugut aje dan tak regular, memang fake contraction (Braxton Hicks), tapi kalau true contraction nanti akan rasa rhythm and getting stronger + closer together, and pastu rasa nak berak tu boleh jadi pressure bawah pelvis yang normal kat late pregnancy. A few of us tried the "timing" trick, if contractions are consistent every few minutes for an hour and getting more intense, baru la boleh consider mungkin the real deal and better to call your doctor or go to hospital; but kau rasa irregular je and lingering, just rest la and hydrate. Kalau paranoid or rasa something's off, tak salah pun to call your OB just untuk confirm, better safe kan, especially first baby!
