Speech delay

My 2 years 11 months child isn't making clear speech, she says mama, daddy, and blabs but can't say the Alphabets or numbers. Only like to identify picture and colors. She is very active and responds to her name whenever she wants to. Does not say bye bye. Can maintain eye contact. Please what can I do. Been to the hospital and refered to speech therapist.
