My thawed breastmilk tastes horrible - not sour or spoilt yet, just horrible. I read that some BF moms have issues with overactivity of lipase (an enzyme which breaks down fats) which causes faster decomposition. Anyone here has similar issue? My baby is not rejecting but I feel guilty for feeding him horrible stuff,

Don't feel guilty mummy. Breast milk is the result of love and tears and hard work a mummy can give to her child. What I did was to mix the thawed breast milk to chilled or fresh breast milk. Like thawed 20ml then the balance will be chilled or fresh. The smell is not so bad.
