My kids don't like eating veggies as a side dish. Ca you please give me ideas on how I can include (hide!) veggies in other dishes?

Fried rice or pasta sauces are great ways to "hide" veggies. Especially pasta sauce -- tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, carrots and peas are some examples of vegetables you can cook in the sauce and once they have integrated well, your child will not know the difference :)
