My kids don't like eating veggies as a side dish. Ca you please give me ideas on how I can include (hide!) veggies in other dishes?

i make a lot of vegetable pakodas at home that they don't even realize and end up eating! i grate various veggies and roll them up in cheese slices. then, i roll the cheese slice ball in a mix of flour, milk, raagi and oats and fry them. vegetable filled cheese balls are ready.
