My 4 year old wants to read the same picture story book again and again, how do I vary it ??

My child does the same thing. So I have devised a 'your turn and my turn' plan! First he gets to select a book during his turn - which is no surprise. Then after we have read his book together, I would select a book of my choosing and read it to him. This has been working pretty well.

Instead of reading it to your child over and over again, why not get him/her to read it to you?! Along the way you can add surprise elements in. For example bringing a tiger into the picture! :-)

Isnt that a good thing? I mean we maybe sick if it but uf that is what keeps our lo from liking to read. Ill go with it.
