Hi mummy semua. Pregnant minggu ke brapa ya sesuai join antenatal class? Dan any suggestions best class below RM100/per couple area KL ke? Thank you in advance
Hai, tahniah on your pregnancy! Most lactation consultants and midwives suggest joining antenatal class around 28, 32 weeks, so you still have time to practise and absorb everything before your due date. Someone in my mum group mentioned KPJ Sentosa KL Specialist Hospital has one at exactly RM100 per couple, and apparently they even include complimentary breakfast and lunch, which is such a lovely touch. There is also "Entering Parenthood" antenatal class that offers early bird pricing at RM80 per couple if you register early enough, though the normal price goes up to RM120, so it is worth checking the timing. All the best to you and your husband, enjoy the experience, it really does help both of you feel so much more prepared and calm!
