Aww dear, heartburn dekat end of pregnancy memang super common, a few of us yang due around the same time pun kena, it's the hormones and baby pressing on everything! Tapi kalau sakit dia sangat teruk sampai kena tekan-tekan macam tu, better la check with your doctor or midwife sebab depa boleh assess properly dan buat sure nothing else going on, okay? In the meantime try makan kecil-kecil, avoid fried foods, and jangan tidur flat terus, prop yourself up with pillows. Tak payah la camp kat hospital dulu hehe, but do ring them if the pain gets worse or kalau ada spotting or contraction. You're so close to meeting your baby already!
