Sayang, pre-eclampsia ni serious sangat, kena jumpa doctor atau pergi hospital terus kalau ada gejala macam tekanan darah tinggi, sakit kepala teruk, atau pembengkakan tiba-tiba, okay? A few of my mum friends pernah kena, and they all say the key is regular check-ups dengan dokter. They follow-up closely, monitor blood pressure, and listen to what the doctor advises, tak boleh main-main dengan condition ni. Better to be safe and get professional help, beb. All the best to you!
