Can’t drink water and craving flavored drinks

Hi mummy, i’m in week 12 and i tried to drink more plain water but it’s so difficult to take. I find it easier to drink juice and honey lemon/plum drink. I think i end up only having max 4 glasses of water a day and the rest of water intake from flavored drinks. Is this normal? 😭

Yup perfectly normal in my experience 🥲 I didn’t really drink much liquid at all till Week 13 because everything tasted metallic to me…. So I tried taking fruits with higher content of liquid. Hang in there!

Its normal. As long as your drink intake balance between plain and flavoured water. While we understand it can be due to craving, hormones but we have to watch what we eat and drink
