Hi mummy, will green bean decrease breastmilk? Heard that can't take 'liang 凉' type of food. As it will decrease breastmilk supply. As my breastmilk supply is just nice for my daughter. TIA.

All food is fine except alcohol according to my doc! Eat wherever you want but nutritiously. I’m also just enough supply mother n I eat everything. Scientifically speaking breastmilk is made up of proteins, minerals, water n fats. Nothing else goes into it.
