18mth picky eater

Hi mummies Any of your babies are picky eaters? how do you counter it? My lo doesn't seem to like solid foods! Other than fruits! everyday headache from thinking what to cook for her meals... usually she eats: rice/noodles soup potato broccoli carrots fish she likes sliced beef, but other meat she eat few mouth will spit out already :( Pls advice
