Sleeping issue

Hello mummies, it’s very hard to get my 5yo to nap. Any solution?

Actually at 5 y/o they can drop their naps already. Alternatively you can dim the lights and draw the curtains

I tried. Cos she’s sleeping with my no. 2, night still need to latch, no. 1 doesn’t get enough sleep at night
