Mount A Hospital Bag

I gave birth at Mount A two years ago and I totally understand the anxiety of not knowing what to pack, especially when you cannot find much info online! From my experience, they do provide quite a bit for the baby already, so do not overpack the baby stuff. For yourself, I would say bring your own toiletries, a few comfortable loose sets of clothes, a nursing bra or two, snacks for your husband or support person, and your maternity notes and IC. Do also bring a small pillow from home if you can, because it just feels more comfortable, especially after delivery when you need good rest.
