Constant pelvic pain at 31 weeks day 2

Hi mummies, is it normal to have constant pelvic pain? Usually the pain comes 1 or 2 times but today the whole day pain come and go. Should i be worried? Is it a sign of labor? If it is, is it premature? I'm 31 weeks day 2
