Hi mummies. Just nak share pengalaman sy bersalin normal for the first time. Ank first czer sebab songsang. Sy deliver during 39W 6D. Sehari sebelum due bby nak keluar. Contraction is the main sign that day sebab makin kerap. As what I read and advised by others, monitor the gap of each contraction from one another. Time tu dekat 3 jam monitor and notice bukan braxton hicks sbb the gap is too close. Decided utk gi hospital sbb worried other signs might showing so klu kat hospital at least senang. Since mmg dh near to the due, dorng terus bwk masuk pergi labor room & kat sana akan check how severe the contraction is & how big the opening is. Check2 time tu rupanya dah 3cm so doc end up pecahkan air ketuban, induced and bermulalah the waiting game. They said, once air ketuban dh pecah it really depends on the person for the opening to become 10cm. My one took almost 6 hrs in total tp from 1cm to another tak sama la the timing. Almost near to 10cm, I feel the urge nak membuang air besar. But doc and nurse kata not now, tahan dulu, belum lagi. And once the opening reached 10cm, it’s time to push the baby out and Ive safely delivered my second bby girl in the evening with a minor cut sebab nak bagi bahu bby lepas. Currently on my 12th days of postpartum, still recovering and healing. :) Hope bakal2 mummies semua kuatkan semangat & stay strong throughout this journey. Fighting! 💪🏻
