Hello, mummies! do you let your LOs drink yakult? If so, how old was your LO when he/she first had it? My baby is turning one year old this 18th. I'm thinking of giving it to her when she's already one. Thanks!

my daughter drinks yogurt at 9 mos. Never had any issue naman.
