Hi mummies any idea how the divorce process is like in Singapore and it is difficult to do it with less than 3 years of marriage?
AFAIK the first requirement for divorce in Singapore is to be married for at least 3 years. But I think there are special cases, wherein a party can prove exceptional hardship, like when the spouse has been really cruel and there's domestic violence.
