Change formula to uht

Hi mummies i need help. How to start change formula milk to uht milk. What milk would you recommend.? Can I mix formula and uht milk?

I start off by mixing some fresh milk into formula (we gave Cowhead pure milk) then subsequently increase the ratio of fresh milk till fully transit.
