I haven't engaged with Dr John Yam myself, but a friend of mine went to TMC and her gynae fees were quite steep lah, so you'll probably want to call TMC directly or his clinic to ask for the exact quote since it can vary depending on whether you're doing normal delivery or Caesar and what package you choose. TMC private rates are definitely on the pricier side compared to KKH or other hospitals, so it's good you're checking upfront before committing.
