Whole body aching and chills after breastfeeding

Hi mummies, I am currently breastfeeding my 2 week old baby, but i realise I have been having chills and whole body aches after.. do i go see doctor?

Me too. It's normal thou! I breastfed 2 of my babies and I got sick (fever) and body aches, went to doctor but he say it's normal and gave me panadol. It's safe to consume panadol during breastfeeding
