The trick a few mums swear by is eating smaller amounts more frequently throughout the day, like six small snacks instead of two proper meals, so your body still gets enough nutrition without you forcing yourself through a full plate. It is a trade-off between eating what you can manage versus stressing yourself out trying to hit a "normal" portion, and honestly as long as your baby is growing well (which yours is, thankfully!), your doctor will usually tell you not to worry too much. That said, if the intake feels really minimal, it is worth mentioning to your gynae just to be safe and get some reassurance.
