Week 27+ pregnant and stomach tightness

Hi Mummies to be, anyone of you experience stomach tightness especially when you are standing? The belly is also hard when you gently poke it.

Hii yes im currently week 27 too and experience hard belly especially when im standing or laying down and I get braxton hicks often which is normal
